Move on..

Sudden decision, one may say; but this decision had been lingering around for a while.
Anyway, we missed our chance of new year new resolution.

Oh well, but here goes nothing. We are MOVING ON; not far though. ;)
Fret not, we are still our bubbly self and we promise to bring more food posts along.
The reasons why we move on (change blog)?
Words will never describe why we are moving -- why; the million dollar question.
Rest assured, we move mainly due to:
  • A new start for our blog
  • A new perspective of looking out the box
  • A new fresher start(?) on things to come
Most importantly, we move just to experiment on better things, better grounds.

So, yeah, we moved.

Starting of a new project. XD

Late starting of a new year. Sorry to all my readers! (if I have any that is. All no thanks to my inconsistent posting. Boo hoo.)

So, me and the boyf planned to start off new projects as new year arrives. But, in the end, I was lagging behind. Hop over to the boyf's blog for his constant project 365

Since I was lagging behind, I figured I would still post a new project. (self comfort *pat pat) A brand new project called Project 52. As in a simplification of project 365, into 52 weeks. A weekly project.

In the pics (in no particular order)
1. The boyf surprised me with Chipsmore.
2. We went out late night for McD.
3. A cute retro postal coin bank.
4. Cute ice cream floor mat.
5. Cute castle floor mat.
6. Decorations in tHe Spring due to CNY getting here soooooooooon!
7. Pretty scenery at Unimas's lake.
8. Four rm10 reloads!

Hopefully I will be able to keep posting project 52. *high hopes!

Fate has its own way. (Part I)

Funny how sometimes you might overhear people saying that fate has its own funny way to "torture" one.
I couldn't agree more, just around the period of a year, it has played with me, in the sense of hobby & interest.

It all started with me stumbling upon some blogs featuring felt crafts & instantly fell in <3 with felt!
What exactly is felt eh? Let uncle Wikipedia do the job:
Felt is a non-woven cloth that is produced by matting, condensing and pressing woollen fibres. While some types of felt are very soft, some are tough enough to form construction materials. Felt can be of any colour, and made into any shape or size.
A round of colours make me happy

How can one not fell in <3 with felt? Or maybe this is a girlie girl Qs. & so, I continued my quest on felt craft related blogs/informations/patterns/etc. Thank goodness for granpa Google!

Being a photography person, the boyf has always been keen with digital SLRs. & just last February, he got his hands on the EOS60D. I am proud of him! <3 & the picture above is just the perfect thing for him, or so I thought.
But felt craft doesn't just stop there, no!
Everyone loves food, and felt loves food too. & they resembled so much to the real thing!
Yay for cakes!
I scream, you scream, for ice-creams!
Pastries make me happy.
A fruit platter, yums!
Not only did I found the perfect patterns, for free, online for felt crafts!
But also, found the...

The journey continues in Part II. Stay tune! >.<
