Smile!

A simple random post on our everyday life, well, in campus.

There is literally limited choice of meals we can have in campus.
From nasi campur to ordering meals.

Like here:
Nasi Putih Ayam Butter Nestum.
Love how they include a star shaped rice, instead of some old boring round shape ones.
Nasi campur.
Take whatever you like on their trays of ready-cooked-food-dishes.
& some snack of the day!
There are fries, hotdogs, nuggets to choose from.

& who said there is limited choice, hah!

Steak actually bought something for Pasta all the way from home & it just make Pasta's day!
These smiley buttons are just, cute!
& man, do they have the power to make one smile!

Not to miss out, we actually, finally went to eat our RM1 pizza.
The hotlink pizza ticket? Was it?
But we continued on to order & end up, a lil over-ordered.
Blame the small table, it is fully packed.
Still, the meal is awesome & the RM1 pizza turned out to be just nice.
For the wallet & the appetite.

This is one random post, remember to smile!
Ciao.

New year?

Perhaps,
new resolutions?

But what came into our minds first was the annual P-R-O-S-P-E-R-I-T-Y burger!
Prosperity came a long way into bringing so much meaning into everyone's life.
To begin a new year with it is just awesome!
Love the new caption cup & Orange Fizz.
What not to miss at McD?
Fries, all sorts of fries! Yums!
Even though the burger might slightly varied from the ones in the teevee ads, but, still, it's the prosperity burger from McD!
& you cannot beat it.
Just a bite into it is heaven.
Okay, we might slightly exaggerate it, but, like we said, there is slight variation.
Our joyous meal for another new prosperity with joy year ahead.

To all of you, have a P-R-O-S-P-E-R-O-U-S year ahead!
Go get your own prosperity burger!
Ciao.

Pizza heaven?

Some time ago, we went to Pizza Hut for a simple meal.
& we saw something nice, kebab. (:
So forward we go and order away.
Simple kebab on sticks.
But wait, they tasted awesome with the sauce that came along with it.
Even though sometimes, Pizza Hut has no stock of this.
So be patient, like they said, good things come to those who wait. (:

Besides the kebab-on-stick, of course, we also had some pizza.
Takkan we went all the way to Pizza Hut w/o biting into its pizza?
There you go, pepperoni pizza, the old fashioned way.
We really do appreciate the traditional way of everything.
As well, you know the saying, old things are best. ;)

KFC

[a simple update in between study breaks.]

Just a few days ago, we sneaked out for a quick KFC session.
But to our horror, the queue is just long. And thus, had the time to snap this.
This certainly brings back all the memories of pleading parents to buy kid's meal.
All thanks to that little toy they included.
But still, nostalgic.

All so, 'cause of the overwhelming crowd there, we decided to tapao our favourites and head back to our study spot.
Which unfortunately is the library.
You guys should had seen how we sneak those finger-lickin'-good stuffs in.
Anyway, what we had was these:
The all-time-favourite from KFC, cheesy wedges!
"They are so cheesy, i'm gonna die!"
Wait, that only applied to fluffy stuffs. -according to Agnes in Despicable Me.

See? She is just adorable!
Oh, did we tell you? That we watched the movie again just last week all 'coz of this part?
It's addictive to listen her saying that phrase again and again.

Back to our KFC treat, we both had our favourite burgers!
We have to DIY the chili sauce everytime.
Steak's Big Mac. Wait, that was McD. For KFC, it's Zinger Burger.
Noticed the bite? Guess who was hungry?
Pasta's Fish Burger.
Always a fan of fishes. If we are at McD, Pasta will be choosing Fish-o-fillet.

Well, that's our sneak of the day, sneaking tapao-ed KFC into library.
Now back to books, and oh, enjoy Agnes's fluffy-ness.
Believe us, that phrase will just stick in your head for a while.
Ciao.

Sugar-bunny-sugar-babe-sugar-bun!

Sorry to disappoint y'all, but there is no sugar-bunny, no sugar-babe here.
There is only, sugar bun.
Saddd? Don't be, there is an interesting picture at the end of this post as a compensate for y'all?
Ain't that good of us? We are sure the last picture will make you drool.
Guaranteed.

Anyway, sugarbun is where we went for lunch today, after succeed in escaping from campus food.
Just for these few days. 'coz y'know, eating the same choices of food every meal is, em, not good for the digestion, or at least, for our digestion?
Nostalgic?
When it comes to sugarbun, the thing that we remember most is fish burger.
We think the same applies to most of us?
(but, unfortunately, we missed the picture of the whole fish burger itself, le sigh)
Anyway, this is our lunch. (we missed taking picture of another tray, le sigh, again)
Fish burger, checked. Rice, checked. Chicken, checked. Coleslaw, checked.
Perfect lunch, sugarbun style.

After satisfying lunch at sugarbun, we went back to our imprisonment, a.k.a. the campus.
Knowing our crave for freedom, the campus definitely do no fulfill our lust (for freedom, of course!)

Luckily, there are some events for us to join, or let's say, to kepo-kepo?
FK's mentor-mentee day.
It's a day where lecturers a.k.a. our mentors get-to-get-her with us, mentees.
This time, the whole SAFE (student association of faculty of engineering) decided to make a BBQ gathering.
And, last decision = 70kg of chicken wings/hot dogs.
Some of the BBQ-ed chicken wing/hot dog all ready to be grabbed by hungry ghosts a.k.a. us students.
And, best of all, it's all free, for us mentees.
As the mentors had already paid for us all.
How good can that be? Unending free BBQ food.
Is that a "ohmygosh" we heard from you?

That's all, gotta go back to our BBQ session!

Queen and King.

When we are back home town for semester break, we noticed some new places to chill and hang out.
One of the places is this, Queen and King cafe. QK cafe.
Don't you just love the signboard?
They are just good. Very good. Queen. King. Cards.
Upon entering the shop, you will come to across side by side to this lovely counter.
Feeling of a homely counter? QK has it all.
A little peek at the decorations.
Sweet bean Ice.
Mango Cube Chocolate Ice. French Fries, a must for hangouts, no?
Vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate Ice Creamed Wafers.
The receipt for all the above.

QK cafe is one place i would recommend for those who are in hometown, liking cold stuffs.
That's all, gotta be packing soon. Ciao.

No books for two whole months.

Guess what?
Another movie day after the exam marathon.. IRON MAN!!
This is a picture that we took from the cinema.
Nice hoh? different from the original poster. ~cool~
Anyway, for those who did watch Iron man 1, it's about a man of steel, Tony Stark owning a Stark Industry which pass down from his father, Howard Stark. The Industry is producing fire power and imported to other countries. Tony Stark as the man of steel, IRONMAN come to save the world like any other superman plot.

Iron man 2, it's a lil different from ironman 1, which is that there's more talking then actions. There's some funny moment inside, bits and pieces of it. It's that small bits and pieces that makes the audience laugh (literally). Plus there's another secret society called. S.H.I.E.L.D, which only appears for a lil while then it's gone. Other than that, the movie is just a normal action movie where the heroes come to save the world or the country in the nick-of-time. All in all, i rated this movie 6/10 (that's just my point of view tho)

Tony stark (Robert Downey, Jr) use the image of the ironman to open the "Stark Expo" where it showcases all the latest inventions that benefits the world. Despite the popularity he gets, the United State government and Senator Stem (Gary Shandling) in particular, demands that he handed over his armor and his technology where they said it's a threat to the country and a weapon of destruction. During the court hearing, Stark's rival, Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell) as the weapon expert justify that his weapon is dangerous. On the contrary, Stark publicly shaming him by showing the videos of Hammer's failed attempts at recreating the technology. Stark refuses to hand over his suit and the technology and left the court room in style. Stark discovered that the palladium in the arch reactor is poisoning him. The thing that is keeping him alive is killing him. Due to this he elected his personal assistant Pepper Potts ( Gwyneth Paltrow) an the CEO of Stark Industries and replacing her with Natalie Rushman (Scarlett Johansson).
Stark is attacked by Ivan Vanko (Mickey Rourke), son of the former Russian physicist, Anton Vanko. The 1st attempt of killing Stark fails. Vanko makes the second attempt at the end of the movie, which is the movie's climax. He upgraded his armor and the technology by indirectly using Hammer. Stark fights Vanko with the help of his military friend Lt. Colonel James Rhodes (Don Cheadle). As predictable as it is, the villain died and they save the country. The movie ended with Nick Fury of SHIELD (Samuel L.Jackson) reviewing the reports to him and rejected him in joining the SHIELD.

For more, watch this.

After the movie, another trip to McD. hahah. We ate more or less the same thing everything we went to McD. It's Chicken Nugget set, Porridge and....MEGA MAC!!! The burger is really a mega. 4 pieces of beef. Whow...It's nice tho, real nice.
After McD heading back and chill...hhmmmmm...chilll....i like chilling...and watching Full Metal Alchemist until pass mid night. This is what i call a relaxing night.

Anyway, thanks for the viewing this post.
Specially written by Steak since Pasta is still sick and lazy.
Ciao~
